Jeff Lichtenstein
CEO & Founder
Jeff Lichtenstein is an editor and award-winning producer from Columbia, Maryland.
Coming from a background in Marketing and Finance, Jeff pivoted to filming and editing documentaries and commercial videos for companies like Capital One and Google while working at Martini Media Solutions in Washington, DC before working fulltime as a Creative Producer in New York City.
In 2024, Jeff won the prestigious Arthur Krim Memorial Award for Excellence in Producing. His latest film SPORT STAR, won the Robert Gore Rifkind Prize and is supported by the Cook Foundation based in Virginia. He also won the competitive Emerging Filmmakers grant for his upcoming film THE ALLOWANCE (2025).
With Obluda, Jeff aims to support filmmakers who want to uplift marginalized communities and generate positive change in society.

Kaustubh "Vick" Singh
Creative Executive
Kaustubh Singh (or Vick) is a documentary and narrative film producer of Indian descent from Singapore.
Vick's work has been featured at prominent film festivals including Tribeca, New Orleans, Outfest, Frameline, and NFFTY. His acclaimed projects include THAT WAS RAY (2019), which was a Student Academy Award® finalist, and PEACE OF HER OWN (2020), which debuted at the DGA Theatre in Los Angeles, won the Leo Freedman First Cut Award, and was subsequently shortlisted for a GSA-BAFTA student film award.
His upcoming film NIKOLA, NIKOLA (2024) is a Bosnian-North Macedonian co-production that won the prestigious Katharina Otto-Bernstein Mentorship Prize and the Omladinski Film Prize by the French Embassy in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Vick is dedicated to using film to illuminate the stories of underrepresented communities around the globe.

Guang Ren

Guang Ren (or Ren) is a producer, writer, and director from China, now based in New York City.
In 2024, Ren was honored with the Arthur Krim Memorial Award in recognition of his outstanding work in film producing. His upcoming film, A DAY IN THE NORTH (2025) received the Indian Paintbrush Award for its compelling narrative.
With a background in Advertising from Lanzhou University, Ren has gained extensive experience in various roles within the film industry, including film strategy and media relations at IQIYI and Kuaishou.
He is dedicated to bringing Chinese cinema to a global audience. His latest projects, TREES OF DISQUIET (2023), THE WEDDING (2024), and RAT'S CITY SYMPHONY (2024) are currently competing at film festivals worldwide.
